  • Catering Menu offers a “Complete Buffet” of food items with a wide range of options
  • Dover’s full-time experienced hospitality staff will make your event run smoothly; our staff will assist you with the food ordering process to ensure that you are comfortable and satisfied with your selections
  • Our customers have broad flexibility to customize their hospitality event and tent with the addition of:
    1. Air Conditioning
    2. Colored Linens
    3. Balloons, Balloon Arches, Flowers, and other items to personalize your tent

A Complete Hospitality Program for Smaller Groups

This all inclusive hospitality program provides an easy, yet impressive way for companies to entertain 35-50 guests on one of our triple-header race weekends.

Features included in this Package:

  • Private tent with an identification sign for your group
  • Complete Food Buffet — Continental Breakfast and Lunch
  • Full Beverage Service including: Beer, water and soda
  • 35 great Seats on the front straightaway in the Allison Grandstand
  • Souvenir Program
  • Tent including a Service attendant
  • Trackside Tour (Sunday only)

Party Chalets are available for Dover’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, NASCAR Nationwide Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series and NASCAR K&N Pro East Series events.

Fan Tables

Perfect for Groups of 8 to 32 Persons

Fan tables offer a complete ALL-INCLUSIVE racing experience for small groups.

Fan Tables accommodate eight guests, and include:

  • Eight reserved grandstand seats on the front straightaway (Rows 26 to 36 in the Allison Grandstand)
  • Complete food service including:
    1. Lunch Buffet
    2. Continental Breakfast (Saturday and Sunday only)
    3. Full line of soft drinks, water, and beer
  • Trackside tour on NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Sunday
  • Souvenir Program for each guest
  • Dover International Speedway Souvenir for each guest
  • Personalized table sign with your company’s name
