“Monster Chef Contest” OFFICIAL RULES

SPONSOR: Dover International Speedway, Inc., 1131 North DuPont Highway, Dover, DE 19901.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the U.S. Employees of Sponsor or its parent, affiliated or subsidiary companies, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to participate. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: As a condition of entry, all entrants agree to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects. ALL ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE SPONSOR FROM LIABILITY (AS SET FORTH BELOW) and grant Sponsor the right to use entrant’s name and address (city & state), contest submission, and/or statements made by or attributed to the entrant relating to this Contest and/or Sponsor for advertising, publicity, commercial and/or other business purposes, without further notification, approval or review by entrant and without any further consideration or compensation to entrant, except where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: Contest begins on Monday, January 4, 2016 and ends on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. To enter, send your recipe for a new Dover International Speedway concession item, along with ingredient list, photograph and a brief synopsis of your inspiration for the recipe and how the recipe relates to NASCAR racing at the Monster Mile via email to monstermilecontest@gmail.com. Recipe must be for an entrée item and must cost less than $3.00 (US) to make per serving. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Entries must be written in English. No faxed, photocopied, illegible, incomplete, forged or altered entries will be accepted. Limit one entry per person. Entries not complying with these Official Rules will not be eligible to compete. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrant releases all rights to compensation for revenue generated from entrant’s submission when used as a menu item at any Dover International Speedway concession stand or for any other business purposes of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to alter the name and/or ingredients of the winning entry for mass production.

JUDGING: One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will conduct the judging. Sponsor will select four (4) finalists who will be notified via email and social media on or about Wednesday, February 17, 2016. Each finalist’s recipe will be prepared for a panel of judges at Sponsor’s “Daytona 500 Watch Party” to be held on Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Fire & Ice at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino. Following a taste test of each finalist’s recipe, the panel will select and announce one (1) winner. Finalists need not be present on February 21, 2016 to win. Winner will be notified via email if not present.

PRIZE: One (1) grand prize will be awarded to the winner, consisting of two (2) tickets to the May 15, 2016 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway; two (2) Cold Pit Passes; complimentary meals for winner and a guest on raceday; use of the winning recipe at Sponsor’s concession stands on raceday; and a feature article about the winner and the contest to be shared on DoverSpeedway.com, the spring 2016 souvenir program and on Sponsor’s social media platforms. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of grand prize is $600. Each entrant who attends the “Daytona 500 Watch Party” will receive a free Dover International Speedway t-shirt (while supplies last). If an entrant is unable to attend the Watch Party, Sponsor will ship a shirt upon receipt of written request with entrant’s mailing address (while supplies last). ARV of t-shirt is $15. Any prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. No substitution of prize is offered. No transfer of prize to a third party is permitted. Non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute or award a prize of equal or greater value, including cash, for any prize for any reason.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: Winner will be notified via email. Within five (5) business days of notification, winner will be required to sign in the presence of a notary and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity Release that winner meets the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules and releases Sponsor from liability (as set forth below) and grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name and address (city & state), photograph, portrait, picture, videotape, likeness, voice and/or statements made by or attributed to winner relating to this Contest and/or Sponsor for advertising, publicity, commercial and/or other business purposes, without further notification, approval or review by winner and without any compensation to winner, except where prohibited by law. In the event the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity Release is not returned in accordance with these rules, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Prize may also be forfeited and an alternate winner selected if overnight mail is returned as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address and/or a telephone notification is not confirmed to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours. Upon forfeiture, no compensation will be given. BY ACCEPTING PRIZE, WINNER AGREES TO RELEASE SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, LEGAL COUNSEL, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, DEMANDS, SUITS, OR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND TO PERSON (INCLUDING DEATH) AND/OR PROPERTY, ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY (INCLUDING CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY) WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH: THE AWARDING, RECEIPT, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OWNERSHIP, USE OR MISUSE OF PRIZE, THE PREPARATION FOR OR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST OR ANY CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY, THE USE OF ANY CONTEST RELATED WEBSITE, OR ANY TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR OR OTHER AMBIGUITY OR ERROR IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR IN THE CONTEST ITSELF. Participants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to, claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PRECEDING SENTENCE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, concerning the use, appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. Winner acknowledges Sponsor has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, condition or fitness for any particular purpose. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged, mutilated, stolen, garbled, misaddressed or postage-due entries or mail nor for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures or connections, or availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/website accessibility or availability, or traffic congestion, or infection by computer viruses, worms or bugs, or tampering, or unauthorized intervention, or fraud, or technical failures or other issues not within Sponsor’s control. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for any of the above reasons or any other cause which in Sponsor’s sole opinion could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest and select the winner from entries received prior to the action taken.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest and assumes no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to any Contest related website or to an entrant’s computer hardware, software or data, whether or not related to the Contest. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting in participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Contest.

Each on-line entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the record holder of the e-mail account from which the entry originated. Entries made on-line via the Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If any potentially winning entry is an Internet or other computer entry, potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion: to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be in violation of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy of any Contest related website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages for any fraudulent activities to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

All taxes are the responsibility of winner. Winner is solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes based upon the retail value of the prize as set forth in these Official Rules and for any other expenses not specifically set forth herein.

DATA COLLECTION: Any data collected through this Contest will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

WINNER’S LIST: The name of the winner is available upon request by mailing a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt by March 1, 2016 to “Winner’s List: Monster Chef Contest,” Dover International Speedway Inc., P.O.
