Prize includes opportunity to watch Oct. 4 “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race from “The Most Exciting Seat in Sports, ” the Monster Bridge
Bayhealth Medical Center and Dover International Speedway are teaming up to give fans the opportunity for a one-of-a-kind day at the Oct. 4, 2015 “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race through a NASCAR Experience Raffle.
Open now until Sept. 16, 2015, the raffle includes the chance for two fans to watch the race from the Monster Bridge, “The Most Exciting Seat in Sports®,” which is the only structure of its kind in NASCAR, sitting directly above the backstretch of the track in the entrance to Turn 3. With the field of 43 cars darting under your feet at speeds up to 170 mph, the view from the Monster Bridge is unparalleled in the sporting world.
Access to the Monster Bridge also features all-inclusive food and beverage options plus a FanVision scanner. In addition to the Monster Bridge access, the prize pack includes two cold pit and garage passes, one parking pass, and an overnight stay at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino on Sunday night after the race. The prize pack carries an estimated value of $2,192.
Raffle tickets cost just $10 with all proceeds benefiting the Bayhealth Medical Center. Tickets can be purchased by clicking here or by calling 302-744-7015. The winner will be chosen on Sept. 16, 2015 and will be notified by phone. The winner need not be present to win.
Dover Motorsports, Inc. and the Bayhealth Foundation have also teamed up for the annual Bayhealth Charity Golf Tournament. 2015 marks the 30th anniversary for the event, which has raised more than $1,000,000 since its inception. The 2015 tournament will be held on Thursday, Oct. 1 to coincide with the fall NASCAR race weekend and will be held at Maple Dale Country Club in Dover, just minutes from the track. Individuals are welcome to participate in the scramble format event. Available space only allows the first 144 people to participate.
