As the Sept. 30-Oct. 2, 2011 race weekend rapidly approaches, Dover International Speedway is giving fans the chance to win two tickets to sit in the exclusive Monster Bridge for the Oct. 2 “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race with the introduction of “The Monster Mile Social Media Challenge.”
The new online ticket sales contest encourages fans to sell tickets to their social media “friends” on sites like Facebook, Twitter and others for the chance to win exclusive prizes. Sales will be totaled based on a special promotion code specific to each contestant. If a “friend” enters a fan’s code when they purchase tickets, that fan’s chance at winning a prize increases.
Prizes for the top sellers of tickets to the Oct. 2 “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race, purchased before Wednesday, Sept. 21, include:
Grand Prize: Two tickets to the Oct. 2, 2011 “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race in the Monster Bridge.
First Place: Two pit passes and access for one person to be on-stage during driver introductions for the Oct. 2, 2011 “AAA 400.”
Second Place: Two passes for a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series garage tour on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2011.
In addition to the prizes for our top-three sellers, the first 10 people to sell at least 10 tickets will receive two complimentary tickets to the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway on June 3, 2012.
To sign up, simply visit our Facebook page at Facebook.com/DoverInternationalSpeedway, and click the “Social Media Challenge” tab on the left hand side of the screen below the page’s profile picture. There fans will find an entry form to fill out and submit, and within two days of signing up will receive an email with a link to share with their “friends” which includes the personalized promotion code.
