Firefly Music Festival will offer a wide variety of interactive attractions including enhanced culinary options, craft beer and wine gardens, hot air balloon rides and more. The Woodlands of Dover International Speedway will provide a picturesque, wooded setting for the three-day festival.
“We are excited to host Red Frog Events’ Firefly Music Festival in the Woodlands at Dover International Speedway,” said Michael Tatoian, COO of Dover Motorsports, Inc. “Our location, within driving distance of so many major metropolitan markets, including Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and New York City, makes us a great destination for this unique event.
“We have been very impressed with Red Frog Events’ vision for a one-of-a-kind festival experience,” Tatoian continued. “Our two NASCAR race weekends certainly put Dover on the map in the motorsports world, and this special event will now put us on the map in the music world.”
The local Kent County, Del. community will also benefit from Firefly Music Festival, with economic impact projected to reach into the millions. “Illuminate Dover,” a Firefly program dedicated to community enhancement and beautification projects in and around Dover, will help make an impact on the area year-round.
