Dover International Speedway wants to see YOUR Monster Mile Crash Course!

Here at Dover International Speedway, we spend all year telling you how great our race weekends are and all the things you shouldn’t miss out on. Whether we’re talking about driver appearances and autograph sessions, our eight-acre FanZone, the Monster Monument in Victory Plaza, presented by AAA, or, of course, the incredible action on the track, there’s always something for us to brag about when it comes to race weekend.

But now we want to hear from YOU, the fans that make our track so great in our all-new Monster Mile Crash Course — Fan Edition Contest!

We want to see short videos or pictures of you and your race weekend experiences and what you think no one should miss at the Monster Mile. Everything from your preparation at home, to your tailgate in the parking and RV lots, to your time in the FanZone and Hospitality Village, all the way up to the race counts. We want to see it all let you tell everyone how to have great a race weekend!

Once you’ve made your video, upload it to YouTube and then post the link on our wall at Add a caption to your photo or video that says “Monster Mile Crash Course — Fan Edition.” We’ll compile all of the videos and then have our Facebook fans vote on them, with the videos receiving the most “Likes,” “Comments” and “Shares” winning great prizes for the Sept. 28-30, 2012 race weekend.

Prizes include:

  • A meet and greet with a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver
  • The opportunity to be in Sunoco Victory Lane following a race and have your photo taken with the race winner and Monster trophy
  • A hot lap around the track on race weekend
  • The chance to participate in the parade lap, as well as have pit passes for the race

Videos for The Monster Mile Crash Course — Fan Edition Contest must be submitted by July 31, 2012, and all voting ends on August 31, 2012.
