Elliott, the top rookie in the NASCAR Nationwide Series this season, is the only series regular to collect two wins so far this season, picking up back-to-back wins in April at Darlington Raceway and Texas Motor Speedway. He is a serious contender for Sunoco Rookie of the Year honors.

Kwasniewski, the 2012 NASCAR K&N Pro Series West and 2013 NASCAR Pro Series East champion, is also running for Sunoco Rookie of the Year honors this season in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. He won his first career series pole to kick off the season at Daytona International Speedway, finishing that race in eighth place.

The two rookies will be joined by a group of other NASCAR Nationwide Series drivers who have yet to be announced. Driver participation is subject to change. The autograph session is free and open to the public, and autographs will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early.

As more drivers are confirmed, they will be announced here, as well as on Facebook.com/DoverInternationalSpeedway and on Twitter at @MonsterMile.

NASCAR returns to Dover International Speedway Sept. 26-28 for the Sept. 28 “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race, the Sept. 27 NASCAR Nationwide Series race and the Sept. 26 “Drive Sober 150” presented by the Delaware Office of Highway Safety NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race.
