Kurt Busch to participate in free question-and-answer session Sunday, June 3

DOVER, Del. – Fans visiting the Monster Mile for the June 1-3, 2012 NASCAR race weekend will be treated to a free question-and-answer session with NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver Kurt Busch at the base of the Monster Monument in Victory Plaza, presented by AAA, on Sunday, June 3, 2012.

Kurt Busch will participate in a free question-and-answer session for fans the morning of the June 3, 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.

The Q&A is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. It is free for all ticket holders for the June 1-3, 2012 race weekend and gives fans a great chance to hear from and get pictures of Busch, the 2004 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion.

The last time Busch was in Dover was for the October 2, 2011 “AAA 400” NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race, where he found himself in Sunoco Victory Lane at race’s end behind the wheel of the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Dodge for Penske Racing. It was his first-ever NASCAR Sprint Cup Series win at the Monster Mile. When he returns this spring, he’ll do so as the pilot of a new ride, as he is now driving for Phoenix Racing in the No. 51 Chevrolet.

Following Busch’s Q&A, he’ll take to the track with the rest of the top drivers in NASCAR for the June 3, 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at the Monster Mile. Fans will have the chance to see Busch in his new ride for the first time at Dover, while watching the rest of the field try to dethrone the most recent Dover winner.

The free Q&A is just one of numerous activities surrounding the June 1-3, 2012 race weekend, which includes the June 1 “Lucas Oil 200” NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race, the June 2 “5-hour ENERGY 200” NASCAR Nationwide Series race and the June 3 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.
