Sam Grow to perform May 14 in Victory Plaza

Sam Grow, a country music artist gaining recognition throughout the nation, will play a FREE show at Dover International Speedway’s Victory Plaza on Saturday, May 14.

The show will take place prior to the NASCAR XFINITY Series Dash 4 Cash race at the Monster Mile. Grow’s performance will begin around 11 a.m.

Grow, recently named one of the “Top 20 Country Artists to Watch in 2016” by the Huffington Post, is a Maryland native.

Grow’s recent single “Is It You,” has received significant airplay across the country.

Country music fans may have seen Grow touring over the past several years, as he has played hundreds of venues from coast to coast.

Grow moved to Nashville, Tenn., in 2013, and has a publishing deal with the ole rights management company.

Opening for Grow will be Tom Dixon, a Nashville recording artist.

Dixon has opened for acts such as Eric Church, Lady Antebellum, Sugarland, the Zac Brown Band and Billy Currington, among others.

Dixon’s performance will begin around 9 a.m. Dixon will also sing the national anthem prior to Saturday’s NASCAR XFINITY Series Dash 4 Cash race.
