DOVER TICKETHOLDERS 2021 FAQ

Who “owns” particular seats in the case of seating conflicts at Dover?

We value all of our customers and worked very hard to implement a process to minimize any seating conflicts that might occur. On those occasions where two customers possess the same seat for a given race, we will prioritize each account renewal based on the length of each customer’s relationship with the track.

I am a 2020 ticket holder. What happens to my seats in 2021?

Dover International Speedway will host one NASCAR Cup Series race in 2021.

All guests will receive a renewal notice. If there are no conflicts with your seats and/or campsite that you enjoyed this past year, you will be able to renew your account immediately.  If a conflict exists, we will follow a protocol that defines which customer will have priority. In the vast majority of cases, the person who has owned the seat/campsite the longest will have the first opportunity to renew the seat or campsite. If we have a situation where we have to relocate your seats we will do our very best to place you in a location close to your current seats or campsite – in most cases a row or space above or below the location in question.

I don’t like my current seat. Can I move to a new location?

Yes.  The upgrade procedure for next year will not change. Simply request your desired changes with your renewal for your current seats.  After the renewal deadline, your representative will call you to review your request with you and help you make your requested changes.
