Despite their innate differences, football and NASCAR aren't really that different. Here's a little bit of what you might expect if in the transition from football season to NASCAR season.

There are 40 teams competing at once, instead of, you know, two. That'd be kind of chaotic in football.

Coaches are called crew chiefs, and they're still known for getting a little animated on occasion.

Oh, but Coach isn't the crew chief; he's the owner. I can see how this might look confusing.

Every now and then, you'll see the occasional sports-drink bath.
